TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to (pay for support and in Home or Office services).
Paid Support
(a) Services: Craigs-PcRepair will attempt problem diagnosis and a solution by way of
phone, remote access or in person onsite, for an applicable fee. However, problem diagnosis and support may not be completed because of configuration of the computer
that beyond are control.
(b) Responsibility of the user: Prior to contacting Craigs-PcRepair for diagnostic repair,
it is your responsibility to back up all data, software or any information stored on the computers hard disk(s). You acknowledge and agree that Craigs-PcRepair shall not be
responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or software.
In Home or Office Services
(a)Service Area: Craigs-PcRepair reserves the right to set service areas, and there may
incur additional trip charges that are clearly out of the service area that Craigs-PcRepair
Services.
(b)Business Hours: Service Hours as follows Monday-Friday, 8am – 6pm, Saturday
Sunday 10am- 4pm. Emergency calls will incur an additional charge of $60.
(c)Adult must be present at Home or Office: Onsite services require that a person
of at least the age of 18 years old be present during the entire time of service provided.
Service may be denied if a person of at least 8 years old is not present, and a cancellation
charge of $60 will be assessed.
Minimum Requirements (Networking, upgrades and typical repairs)
- All Passwords must be provided, for OS, Routers, Modems, Web Acct’s.
- Minimum of 20% hard drive space available.
- All data, software and information including email and contacts are back-up.
- Need all product keys for all software including web accounts.
- OS product key must be available at time of service.
- For DSL installs broadband needs to be setup and available at time of service.
- Networking ( computer(s) needs to be free of any viruses or spy and ad ware)
- MS Win 98 SE is minimum for Networking (wired or wireless)
(d) Access to the Computer: Craigs-PcRepair must receive full access to all equipment
concerning the service to be provided and a safe working environment also needs proper
space to conduct repair. There must be electricity present in order to perform service.
If any of the conditions are not met then a $60 cancellation fee will be access.
Terms of Service Home or Office are not meet:
Limitations: Craigs-PcRepair reserves the right to refrain from providing any or all
Services ordered and instead refund the customers payment, wholly or in part, on the
Basis that the minimum system requirements are not met or the technical needs (including wiring or over coming physical or technical barriers) or other requirements of the
customer are unusual or extensive and beyond the scope of this service agreement as
reasonably determined by Craigs-PcRepair.
Limitation of Remedy: Under no circumstances shall Craigs-PcRepair be liable to you
or any other person for any damages, including without limitation, any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Expenses, Costs, Profits, Lost or corrupted
data, or other liability arising out of, or related to, the service provided by Craig-PcRepair
or out of the installation, deinstallation, use of, or inability to use your computer equipment, hardware, peripherals, or the network resulting from the services provided
hereunder.
Release of Liability: By signing the form, you affirmatively release and hold harmless
Craigs-PcRepair from and against any loss, liability, or damage that ROR the owner
lessee may suffer, including but not limited to any loss of any data and the non-functioning of any component or element of your computer equipment or peripherals
resulting from Craigs-PcRepair. Regardless of the warranties, disclaimers and waivers
particular service and shall constitute liquidated damages and are a reasonable estimate
of damages to you.

For In Home Service Provided in California:
An estimate as required (section 9844 of the California Business and Professionals Code)
For repairs shall be given to the customer by Craigs-PcRepair in writing, and Craigs-PcRepair may not charge for work done or parts supplied in excess of the estimate without prior consent of the customers. Where provided in writing, Craigs-PcRepair may
Charge a reasonable fee for services provided in determining the nature of the malfunction in preparation of a written estimate for repair. For information contact the
